Install MoBasket from its Google Play listing. Avoid APK files, shortened download links and messages from people claiming to be support without verification.

Check the app, order details and payment recipient carefully before authorising a payment. If something feels wrong, stop and contact the team using the details on this website.

Keep payment secrets private

Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV with anyone. A request to enter a payment PIN to “receive a refund” is a warning sign.

Avoid screen-sharing and remote-access apps requested by an unknown caller. Do not approve unexplained collect requests or transfer money to unlock a refund.

Protect your device

Keep your phone and apps updated, use a screen lock and review app permissions. If you suspect unauthorised access, secure your email and payment accounts and contact your bank or payment provider.
